Physiotherapy Appointments

To secure an appointment with one of our physiotherapists, please call our clinic or contact us here to arrange a time.

You can book an appointment with us through the following;

  • Privately - No referral required, Immediate Private Health Insurance Rebate available

  • DVA - referral required

  • Workers Compensation and CTP Claims - referral required

  • Chronic Care Plans - referral required

  • NDIS - referral required

  • Aged Care Package - referral required

What to expect on your initial consultation:

  • Please allow at least an hour for you initial for your initial consultation

  • All of our Physiotherapists are senior and have a wide range of experience and expertise in their fields

  • On arrival our reception staff will ask you to complete a patient consent form.

  • Your initial consultation is the first step in helping us to understand your story and provide you with education and reassurance and discuss a treatment plan moving forward.

  • You don't need to do anything to prepare for your initial appointment, but we recommend you wear comfortable clothing, bring with you any relevant paperwork, reports or scans and have a list of your current medications on hand.

Group Exercise Classes

At Movement Logic Physiotherapy, we offer weekly fitness classes led by our team of Physiotherapists. Each class aims to deliver exercises to challenge your mind and body in a safe, structured and controlled environment, with the intention to improve your flexibility, strength, posture, body awareness and core strength. Our class offerings are:

Open Gym

We offer several times during the working week where you can come into our on-site gym and complete your physiotherapy exercise program. All participants are provided with their own individualised exercise program to complete with supervision and guidance from our experienced physiotherapists.

Mums & Bubs Pilates

A pilates class designed for mums to be mum, with their bubs. It is aimed at improving core control and pelvic floor activation in a safe and supportive studio. Children of all ages are welcome to come along. Classes are instructed by our Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Lara.

Matwork Pilates

Suiting from absolute beginner to the more advanced practitioner, our Pilates classes offer a wide range of exercises, using a range of equipment. All exercises are tailored to individual needs and requirements. Classes are instructed by our Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Lara

Joint Adventures

Joint Adventures is a program for people living with knee or hip osteoarthritis, designed around the most up to date research. We focus on education, exercise, nutrition and other health lifestyle support to help manage joint pain. The program is run by a dedicated team of specialised physiotherapists and a dietitian, all with expertise in managing hip and knee conditions. The program is instructed by Amanda in Woolgoolga at the Wiigulga Sports Complex. Our Grafton program is coming late 2026.
