Since returning to Northern NSW, Lara has become involved with the Grafton Netball community and enjoys spending her spare time on the water and with her young family.
Lara has been working in the physiotherapy industry for 15 years and has a strong interest in working with clients of all abilities and ages. Since graduating, she has gained experience across Women’s Health, Pelvic Health, men’s health, musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, pre- and post-operative lower limb rehabilitation, Pilates, dry needling and exercise prescription.
Lara has recently completed further training in Pelvic Health, with a particular focus on supporting women through pregnancy, post-partum, menopause and everything in between. She is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and open environment where women of all ages feel supported to talk about their pelvic health. Lara can assist with a range of pelvic health concerns, including bladder and bowel issues, pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain and prolapse, including pessary fitting and management. Her approach is centred around making the experience a positive and empowering one, helping women feel confident seeking support, understanding their bodies and getting back to doing the things they enjoy.
Lara is available for Physiotherapy services in Grafton on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
